Sophisticated and hip

Only full-time waiters work at the Aria restaurant in Atlanta, and they all belong to the Aria family, and the result is a wonderful, attentive, friendly waitstaff.  The food is amazing, with chef Gerry Klaskala and Kahtryn King creating "slow food" which is braised, roasted, stewed and simmered meats which are incredibly savory.

The Aria Restaurant in Atlanta is top-notch and very popular (make reservations).  Everyone loves it, and the Aria restaurant named one of the country's best restaurants in 2000 by Esquire magazine.  The wine list is terrific, and again, the waitstaff makes you feel special.
