Very famous over-the-top elegance from Emerils Restaurant in Atlanta.  The food is great New Oreans style cuisine, with lamb, duck, and sausages.  The bread pudding is amazing.  The wine tower is gorgeous, as is the hand made chandeliers and black stone bar.  Lots of celebrities come here and the wait staff is super friendly.  

You'll need reservation for Emerils Restaurant in Atlanta, although you may still have to wait.  Ask for a table near the wine tower for a quiet and beautiful time!
