Linton and Gina Hopkins own the incredibly popular Restaurant Eugene in Atlanta, Georgia. The menu changes each day, but the selections are always wonderful.   Some great examples include grilled scallops with butternut squash, foie gras with Rainier cherries, beaten biscuits, short rib of beef, and wonderful expresso.

The wine list is amazing - large and well-thought out.  My favorite part were the cheeses, which were room temperature (which is appropriate) and tasted wonderful!
