The Gold Fish Restaurant in Atlanta is a large beautiful site with live entertainment each night.  Happy hour includes free hors d-oeuvres on weedays from 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm.  The sushi bar is run by Chef San, who is amazing, and the seafood includes Hong Kong style sea bass, crabbed stuffed lobster, and Thai curry noodle bowl.  They also serve wonderful steak.  Some patrons know it as the Goldfish Restaurant (it's real name).  Open weekdays from 11:30 till 2:30, then 5:00 till 10.
